How long have you been with MTA? 2 years

What did you do before joining MTA?

Prior to joining MTA, I was the deputy finance director for a local county.

What do you feel are the most fulfilling aspects of your job?

Knowing that I take care of each attendee’s specific requirements to their satisfaction in a timely manner is what I find most valuable about my job.

What are some ways that the Finance Team takes the burden off of the client when planning an event?

I feel that our clients know that MTA will take every possible measure to ensure that the attendees are reimbursed in a timely manner and that our work in billing is precise.  Our Finance Team goes the extra mile to make our clients smile.

What do you do for fun?

I love to go to the gym and play with my dogs.  I have the most amazing frisbee-catching Doberman Pinscher named Nitro and a sweet, seventeen-year-old Wheaton Terrier named Nozy.  My husband and I love going to the beach!  Doesn’t everyone?

What makes Miller Tanner stand out as meeting planning company?

Miller Tanner digs deep to really KNOW our clients; we are personable and experienced.  Sometimes, I think we are a force to be reckoned with when it comes to our reputation for perfection in customer service.

Where do you live and what do you love most about your state/city?

I live in Lebanon but I am originally from Cookeville, Tennessee.  I love to visit Fall Creek Falls and Cummings Falls. Both are spectacular!  If you haven’t been, those are must-see destinations.
