Marnie is the founder and chief executive officer for MTA and is charged with taking care of the company, its teams and its customers. As the face and steward of MTA, she oversees all MTA operations, including revenue-producing activities, and sets the direction of the company.
Marnie has more than 20 years of experience delivering unforgettable client experiences for companies in the pharma, biotech, medical device, food and public storage industries. Marnie’s main focuses are growth and expansion, supporting MTA’s global teams, and delivering outcomes beyond an exceptional event experience.
Marnie’s core strengths lie in strategic thinking, executing and relationship building. An achiever, arranger and developer, she thrives in collecting input and gaining clarity through intellection. Daniel provides oversight for MTA’s Technology Services group, where he runs MTA’s corporate IT functions, application development, and its security and risk operations.
Daniel has more than 20 years of experience in the technology space, with a focus on systems integration and information security. In addition to his years with MTA, he’s worked for several Fortune 500 companies and two startups.
Daniel earned an undergraduate degree in political science and has a Master of Science in technology management. Born and raised outside Chicago, he currently resides in Massachusetts.
Daniel’s core strengths lie in relationship building, strategic thinking and executing. An achiever, relator and learner, he thrives in tasks that warrant ideation and strategy. Daniel leverages his patience, loyalty and dependability traits to deliver in big ways for MTA clients.

Mary oversees MTA’s global compliance program and leads the design, implementation and assessment of compliance for MTA’s operating processes, ensuring compliance with legal, regulatory and contractual obligations.
Mary has more than 20 years’ experience leading global compliance programs for clinical operations in the pharmaceutical industry. During her years leading Miller Tanner Associates' global compliance program she has exceled at methodology, staffing and implementation of policy and procedures. Mary received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Christian University and currently resides in Texas.
Mary’s core strengths lie in building relationships, influencing and executing. An activator, developer and achiever, her expressive communication and contagious enthusiasm ensure she leads by example. Mary is an independent, decisive and efficient self-starter who takes charge on achieving total compliance for MTA and its clients.

Complacency isn’t in the MTA playbook
Scott leads sales and marketing for MTA’s commercial sales team and is responsible for defining, implementing, and executing market growth strategy, overseeing client relationships, and driving customer value through impactful global experiences.
Scott built his career over two decades in the pharmaceutical and healthcare fields, most recently in executive roles with The Health Management Academy and ICON Clinical Research. His favorite thing about MTA is the passion of the team and the pride every team member takes in creating truly memorable experiences for customers and exceeding their expectations at every turn.
Scott holds a B.A. in biology, an M.B.A. from Lake Forest College and a certificate in International Business Management from University College – Dublin. He resides in downtown Chicago.

The entrepreneurial spirit of MTA sets this company apart
Meredith leads MTA’s Global Experiences department and oversees the corporate and life sciences teams. During her years at MTA she’s delivered one-of-a-kind global experiences for hundreds of MTA customers.
Charged with creating strategy, designing processes and setting goals for client experiences, Meredith embraces a process-driven, detail-oriented approach to client engagement and event execution, and proactively collaborates with key stakeholders to deliver a flawless experience on time and on budget.
Meredith’s strengths are execution and relationship building. A deliberative leader who’s compassionate and empathetic, her patience, individualization and responsibility shape her ability to successfully execute a personalized experience for every MTA client.
Meredith earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting from Ithaca College. A Massachusetts native, she currently resides in Brooklyn with her two daughters.

Jennifer provides financial management, strategic planning and oversight for all of MTA’s financial and personnel operations. She’s responsible for budgeting, long-term forecasting, company financing and cash management, along with MTA’s overall financial compliance.
A native of Kentucky, Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of Kentucky. She lives in Nolensville, Tennessee, a Nashville suburb.
Jennifer’s core strengths lie in executing, relationship building and strategic thinking. An achiever, developer and learner, she leans on a combination of discipline, communication and empathy to motivate and inspire others. Jennifer remains enthusiastic, optimistic and passionate in her commitment to MTA and its clients.

Ingrid leads MTA’s projects team, spearheading initiatives to improve MTA’s ability to serve clients, increase internal efficiencies and generate data to help the company make data-driven decisions. Most recently, she’s worked with a team to develop a customized tool for efficiently managing all aspects of MTA’s business.
Ingrid has been a key contributor at MTA for more than 20 years and has helped propel MTA’s journey from tiny startup to exceptional worldwide events company. She enjoys leading high-impact projects that elevate MTA’s operations and global brand. Ingrid partners with various MTA teams and helps support the cross-departmental collaboration required to deliver premium experiences for MTA clients. She’ll never tire of seeing her colleagues’ integrity and enthusiasm for serving their clients.
