• Working with local partners and leveraging strong hotel relationships to build the trip that fit within the CEO’s budget.
• Crafting memorable experiences such as:
  • A choice of individual activities — trips to the beach, cooking classes, shopping, golfing, boating adventures, and more.
  • A company scavenger hunt through the beatific Portuguese countryside; each team assigned to a unique car and driver; finishing together at a local winery for a private picnic celebration.
  • Our corporate social responsibility effort of refurbishing a local orphanage as well as presenting them with a donation and needed supplies brought by attendees from their home countries.
  • A final celebration in a famous castle complete with a red carpet, trumpet players, tours of the amazing grounds, and a fabulous sit-down dinner to top the week-long celebration.
